Standard commercial terms apply to all manufacturing runs. Payment schedules, tooling charges (where applicable), and shipping costs will be outlined in your custom quotation.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding, artwork, and design files submitted by clients for manufacturing remain the exclusive property of the client. Royal Prime Labels retains the rights to our technical manufacturing processes, tooling systems, and custom formulation solutions.

These terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
